8 minutes…
Has anyone purchased or been using the 8-minutes in the morning to a flat belly?
I browsed through it in the bookstore and was thinking about picking it up to give a go. Anyone else have experience with these 8-minute books?

I think I’ve pretty much hit the plateau. I’ve been sticking to my WW plan, even coming in a point or two under for the week. I think it’s time to bust out the old exercise routine instead of working on just the healthier eating.
Damned winter and not wanting to walk in the cold!
In other news, the spousal has lost 5.6 lbs in the last two weeks! Hooray!
Not this week
So, I’m feeling a little disappointed. I did not lose anything this week. I stayed the same. I didn’t do anything different. But it all stopped. At least for this week.
I’m not feeling very well either. Very sluggish. Like I can’t go another mile. I’m glad my annual physical is on Tuesday. I think I’ll probably go in there and just cry all over my doctor.

Weigh In - End of Week 2
I stepped on the scales this morning, and I’m down a mere 1.5 lbs. :p I really had hoped for a bigger loss than that, but I know what mistakes I made (intentional and otherwise!) and 1.5 it is! (My ‘Wal-Mart special’ digital scales only give pound and half pound readings.) It just makes me more determined to have a bigger loss this coming week.
Last night, hubby reminded me that I have a stair-climber (hydraulic thingy) in the back of our bedroom closet! :duh: That thing is great for the legs and buns! So I dragged that out and dusted it off, then wrote out a workable plan using that, the exercise ball and resistance bands. I’m going to do that routine on Mon-Wed-Fri and do my yoga tape in between. So I’m hoping that will help. At least until walking is more attractive again.
