boy oh boy. It just says Lo when i stand on it. So I haven’t a clue where i am. I haven’t had much luck with Tae Bo and the bands so i chucked the bands and I made it through the whole workout. I was so excited. I used my 5lb weights insteads and dropped them when it got to hard but still continued with rest of the reps. I think i will continue to do it this way untill I get stronger.
I am slowly weaning Mr. boobman and my appitite has decreased along with it. Very pleased with this. Hoping this will help me not snack so much late at night. I am discouraged because most of wieght is around my tummy (imagine that, did i think i wouldn’t have a belly after 4 kids) and my shattered tailbone(happened when I was 12) hurts when i do any sit ups. Any one have ab exercises that don’t have you on your back?

I do mine at the gym on a machine. The other thing you might try is on one of those exercise balls, you know the kind for yoga. That might lessen the impact on your back.

Yes, Mrs. Fun, the fitness balls/Swiss balls are much easier on the back (I also have a disc problem, really low) and you can also use them for other exercises. If you Google them, you’ll find many sites that will demonstrate.

I would recommend a swiss ball too - but even with my degenerative disc disease I’m able to do the 8 minute ab workout because my lower back is flat on the floor the whole time.
I’m glad you’re feeling better! Sounds like your scale needs a new battery. Tha’s what mine does when the battery is going dead. :p
