I&#039;m glad you&#039;re feeling better!  Sounds like your scale needs a new battery.  Tha&#039;s what mine does when the battery is going dead. :p</description>

		<description>Yes, Mrs. Fun, the fitness balls/Swiss balls are much easier on the back (I also have a disc problem, really low) and you can also use them for other exercises.  If you Google them, you&#039;ll find many sites that will demonstrate.  :D</description>

		<description>I do mine at the gym on a machine.  The other thing you might try is on one of those exercise balls, you know the kind for yoga.  That might lessen the impact on your back.</description>
