I have found that every time I stop journaling my food I slip and fall and most of the time it slips away and then everything is lost. As long as I continue to journal I seem to stay on track. If I haven't learned anything else that is most important to me. My WW leader told me about that book, I think I will buy it. Their cookbooks are usually pretty decent. Keep at it!! You will win :good:

It must be something in the air because I'm going to do a "re-start" Feb 01. I'm not easing off or anything until then -- in fact, I've gotten more exercise in in the past two days than I had before. But after the ... ahem ... chocolate chip cookies, I had a little pity party, which is never productive, and decided to wipe the slate clean and start again. I found a super site today that belongs to a gal who lost a huge amount of weight ... I think she's now a lecturer with WW. She has a whole section on her site about "No Excuses" and I found it a really good and timely read. I'll see if I can find the link again. Good luck in getting back on track again. :clapping:

I didn't record any of my food over the weekend. I kind of gave myself a license to eat what I wanted but I did try to keep from going overboard on my portion sizes. I'm back to recording today. It definitely seems easier to stay on track when we record doesn't it?

Good for you for catching yourself and moving back to what you know works.
