I have been in a training class in D.C. for a week and a half. I haven’t been around, in case anyone noticed.
I did a lot of walking. A LOT. Walked 1 mile to and from work everyday. (1/2 mile each way) and walked around after to de-stress. Over the weekend, walked for miles and miles and miles (it seemed like that) around D.C. site-seeing. I missed a WW meeting but I am going to go tomorrow (if I am awake and moving, off from work you know) and will see if it worked.
I am starting Nutrisystem on Sunday and am joining the gym, as long as they still have the classes I wanted.
And that, my long missed friends, is my last week and 1/2.

The time I went to D.C. for a training I did LOADS of walking too.
Nutrisystem works if you like the food. I’ve actually had success with it twice before. I wish they hadn’t changed the food a couple of years ago, I’d use it if they hadn’t!
