Thank you for all the support last week when I was having a rough time. Past experience tells me I’m going to have painful weeks, weeks when the scale won’t budge, but it helps when you have support. :grouphug:
This has been my best month since I began working out in 2004. I lost a total of 9 pounds this month, and walked 35 miles. :bananadance: That makes a total of 32 pounds lost–just 3 pounds from my first goal!
Leanne brought up an important thing to look at–inches lost. I mean, 32 pounds is nothing to sneeze at. But I’ve lost 13 inches from my waist, 11 inches from my hips, and 9 inches from my chest (since 2004). I’m far from tiny, but I’m getting there

Your inches lost is incredible! GO YOU!!! I measured myself back before I started ANYthing, in 2004 – that before picture of me on my member page? From there, I’ve lost 25 inches since then – I’m down from a size 22 to a loose 14! It’s ALLLLL about the inches, girlfriend!! I am so excited for you I can hardly stand it!

You have reminded me that I need to take my measurements. I hate doing it, it tends to get me down but I know I’ll be glad I did later on.
Congratulations on a good month of weightloss and lots of mileage put in! Those inches lost are phenomenal as well. Good for you! :clapping:
