It’s been 4 days since I updated, and I’m down 1.5 lbs. That lean muscle burn must be working! I’m still eating the same way – eggbeaters & (real) grapefruit juice for breakfast, sliced turkey & lettuce at lunch, chicken breast or fish for dinner with unlimited veggies – plain brown rice or a baked potato. Snacks have been either high fiber cereal, No-Pudge brownie, or just 3 oz. of plain sliced turkey. Lots of water, of course, around 80-100 oz. I’ve eliminated most of the sodium in my diet, and I’m still rotating between cardio and strength training every day.

7.5 inches!!! Today was Nearly-Nekkid picture day. I take pics in the same spot on the last day of each month so I can visually see my progress in side-by side photos, and I create animated gifs ’cause it’s fun to watch me melt away. I’ve lost an inch off my bust, 3 inches from my waist, 2.5 from my hips and one inch from each thigh (I only calculated one of them in though, should I add another inch? I’m confused about that!). My hair has grown more than an inch in the last month I think! I’m not getting a haircut either, my plan is to be able to sweep my hair up and be trim by mid June. :)

Still doin’ my thing over here, it’s still working – so I think the body type food recommendations are really on target for my metabolism. I’ve elminated simple carbs, fats, bread and pasta (I eat a nutty oat bread once a week, so sparingly seems to work for me), and I’m eating spuds and brown rice as my carbs and that was spot on. I haven’t had red meat in I don’t know how long – and I stopped using fat/butter/oil to prepare my food and use either cooking wine, water, or nothing at all.

I am a pound and a half from “overweight” on the BMI scale. The thing is still telling me I’m obese. I don’t let it carry a whole lot of weight in my mind, but I DO allow it to motivate me and give me a goal. By the end of next week, I’ll be in the upper 20′ish P2G range – that’s my goal!

:clapping: :yahoo:  Yay! Leanne! Way to go!

BTW, I checked the I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray bottle and there is no sodium in it. Just in case you wanted to try that. Thought I would tell you. (zero fat, too)

:bananadance: You are really an inspiration, Leanne. I belive you’re right on with what types of food, or combinations thereof, one should eat. I know that what that questionnaire pointed out for me was spot on. Keep it up — you’re doing fantastic!
