I am here, kind of. The last week or so has been bad mentally.
I had to go back on an antibiotic and cannot work out. My eating has been ok and I haven;t gained any weight. But things are very stressful here and I have a lot on my mind.
I need to get myself together and get back in the game. My pants are all too big and I don;t want them to be tight again. I look forward to reading the posts and feelin’ the love.

This winter season has played havoc with everyone’s health I think. I started thinking, if nothing else I’m going to get fit and healthy so my body can better fight off these nasty viruses.
Feel better soon. I know how bad stress can get. Take care of yourself.

:hug: I hope you are feeling better soon, its hard to do anything when you dont feel good and the stress really sucks up energy. Yay for baggy pants :yahoo:

It’s so hard to be on the “program” when you don’t feel good. I don’t know about you, but I get very picky (have specific cravings) when I’m feeling poorly - so I’ll sometimes give in and eat something not on my diet rather than not eat at all. (’Cause you have to eat, right?)
Feel better soon. Maybe all the stress and stuff on your mind will actually cause you weight loss!
