I could just kick myself. I bought a big bag of candy for the kids to give out with their Valentines. Well, lets say I am going to have to buy another bag because I binged and ate enough for all of us here the last three nights.
Now I feel down, depressed, ugly and frustrated. Why can’t I do this right now? UGH!!! I am blaming it on lack of sleep. Been a week and T is still waking to nursing all night(cries for hours on end) . I haven’t nursed him at night so why is he still waking for it? Last night he tried to nurse off my nose : ( But thats a whole other issue.
Today is a new day and I swear I won’t eat anymore candy untill after my anniversary. I MUST lose this weight!!! Maybe I should send the candy to work with J and by more the night before so I can’t eat it. I have no will power. It used to be easy for me to eat healthy and get back in shape. Now I am so busy and can’t sleep at night. So I eat junk late at night *sigh*
pity party over…………………….

Aww… you don’t suck. You’ve just had some hard days. Sounds like you need to do something that makes you feel good, just for you, maybe a pedicure, manicure, something pretty for yourself.. something to cheer yourself up. Don’t give up, we all have our moments where we blow it, just pick yourself up and keep trying. Hang in there,

You don’t suck. Having just attended my own pity party a few days ago, I sympathize, however.
You’re right about the candy — out of sight/house, out of mind. It’s what I’ve had to do with those $&@! cookies and the like! If they’re here, I can’t seem to resist them. Good luck and don’t be too hard on yourself. Just get back on track and keep reminding yourself how AWESOME it will feel when you do. :friends:

You can munch, you know, you just need to choose something different to munch on! Obviously your body wants carbs late at night, just try complex instead of simple - your body will respond to that while you’re sleeping!
You’ll get there, I know you will.
2:06 pm
Stop. Beating. Yourself. Up! I am serious. Learn from it and move on. You can do this. We all can. Come on, girl. :grouphug:
4:47 pm
:grouphug: Now…quit this pity party.
You ate, deal.
Sorry, harshness over. double hug. :grouphug: :grouphug:
You have the right idea. Get rid of the candy. Just gone. Goes to work with hubby, or in the trash. Don’t beat yourself up. It’s not a big deal. It happens to everyone. (bag of potato chips anyone)
When I buy halloween candy I always get stuff I don’t like, that way I am not tempted to eat it and whatever is left, goes to work the next day.
Feel better. one more hug. :grouphug:

oh, girlie. It’s not easy. But you’re taking a step recognizing your desire to move forward with your goals. Sending the candy to work is a GREAT idea. I always ALWAYS send left overs home with people or else I eat them.
Come on, girlie. you can do it. No guilt, ok? Tomorrow is a new day for all of us! :friends:
