Good Recipe from WW

I tried this last night and it was very good, except I had to add a little salt and pepper at the table.  Also, it says 2 cups of rice in the recipe (that means cooked rice, a portion for this recipe is 1/2 cup)  I have another one I got at WW the other night for coleslaw and it is almost 0 points and I will post that later.  The people who have tried it said it was great.

Thanks, Sue! I’ve found several I like recently. I’ll have to post those in the recipes section soon too. Eventually, maybe we’ll have a great collection of them!
