Today, I hit my first “mini-goal” of 35 pounds (I even lost a pound beyond that LOL)! I purposely made this first goal the largest (each of the 7 remaining range from 30 down to 15 pounds) because I knew it would be the hardest. I’m only 15% done with my goal, but I feel like I’m standing on top of the mountain looking down
I’m just amazed that I lost 6 pounds this week. I can’t help but wonder if something has changed with my FMS flubbed-up metabolism. I’m sure my body is going to try to hit the brakes next week or so, so I’ll try not to whine about any future plateaus LOL
I’m headed to my parents’ this weekend, so I have to be extra-careful. As I’ve said before, I don’t diet, but not only are there lots of non-healthy foods there, but it triggers my past-issues concerning food and body image. But we’re making pizzas and I requested lots of veggies for mine
I owe a great debt of thanks to you all for helping me stay so motivated!!!

Congratulations Angel! :bananadance: What a wonderful achievement and I bet you feel so much stronger than ever before too. Just keep drinking your water this weekend and do your best. And above all no matter what happens return to the routine that has given you your success as soon as possible (if you go off course that is.)
