This article arrived in my inbox from SparkPeople this morning. Hmm. It’s as if they knew *I* needed to read this today.
I had a decent day yesterday — still a little heavy on the bread [no pun intended]. But I’m working on that. I find that a day or two before ‘grocery day’, when things like salad ingredients and such are running low, it’s more of a challenge to make good choices when a sandwich is easy and available.
However, I’m making a big pot of vegetable soup this morning and hope to stay perfectly on track.

Thanks for the link. I think I needed the reminder just a bit too. This week I’ve had a few bad choices and it’s going to happen. I’m working on not beating myself up for them and just picking up where I left off. But I do have to make sure I make more good choices than bad or I’ll slip easily back into the old bad habits. And I am trying to build new good habits.
