20%
Today, I lost another pound, and reached 20% of my total goal
This hasn’t been the most active week at the gym for me. Between a neurology appointment and some vicious headaches, I only got into the gym twice. But I pushed myself to walk 5 miles this week. Sure, it takes me 90 minutes to go 2.5 miles–do I get the Turtle Award? :winking: Oooh I like that, The Persistant Turtle. LOL
I’m cautiously optimistic about a new med my doctor put me on (Lyrica)–not only do we hope that it will stop the headaches, but there’s a good chance it may help my Fibromyalgia as well.
Meds aside, I can feel–more than see–some differences in my body. I’m still dog-tired and sore after workouts, but it’s paying off.

Oh, Bloody Hell…
I know we all feel heavier and bloated right before and during our periods - but do you actually weigh more?
This morning I woke up with my period and weighing 2.5 pounds heavier than yesterday - a day that I stuck to my diet and worked out. I was expecting to see a loss not a gain.
How much weight fluctuation do you see during your time of the month?
