| waist | hip | thigh | weight | |
| MommaK | -2 in. | -1.5 in. | -.5 in/ea | -4 lbs. |
| Leanne | -1.5 in. | -.5 in. | -.5 in/L | -7 lbs. |
The results are in! Both MommaK and I are Body Type B. We used the 6 Day Mini Makeover menu that I posted in the recipe section. We both have a daily exercise regimen - MommaK is a jazzercize girl and I do strength training and aerobic (treadmill).
We chatted a bit yesterday about the ups and downs of the program. It really boils down to this:
Good stuff: Results, of course! Eating 5-6 times a day, each portion is just enough to get you to the next meal, the lack of refined sugars revamps the taste buds. The jeans we didn’t fit into last week fit this week!
Bad stuff: Tuna. Blech! We both hate tuna.
We both decided to end our measurements and weigh-in on the 5th day, since weekends for both of us are very busy with family so checking in now was our best bet.
It was just the kickstart that both of us needed. I was holding at a plateau, and MommaK is down to the wire on P2G, and you know the closer you get the harder it becomes.
We both saw great results, though!
MommaK’s New P2G: 5 lbs.
Leannes New P2G: 14.5/24.5 lbs. (soft/hard targets)

That is so awesome. I have only done one day, but when I stepped on the scales this morning it showed a whopping 3 pounds less! I never lose weight like that. I think, for me, the biggest difference is making sure you eat between meals and the less carbs/refined stuff. I don’t know if I will do this all 6 days, because I can’t imagine eating this boring stuff that many days, but I will follow it as best I can.
It will be when I go back to WW eating that I have to really work to use what I’m learning. Less at meals, much less meat, and definite in-between meals.
The thing that feels good about this is that it matches a lot of what the dietician told me in my diabetes education classes. And, I thought I was following that, but I really wasn’t makins sure I ate something every 2-3 hours because I felt like it would make me gain weight.
Thanks girls! I’d love to hear about how y’all incorporated regular eating back in after this 6-day thing too and if it was hard not to gain it back. GREAT JOB, LADIES!

Way to go, ladies! I’m impressed that you both stuck to your guns and completed it. I don’t think I would have been able to do it. Also great to hear that you were both rewarded with a loss in inches and weight.

LEANNE~ Seven pounds in five days?!?! COOL BEANS!
Like wamama above, I don’t think I would have been able to stick with it either! Maybe if I hit another stuck position, I’ll have to give it a try though!

I do hope you have your parents involved in this, you are very young and should definitely have your parents and/or doctors involvement and permission.

I have purchased the tea and have noticed the boost in energy however i thought it was just mainly caffeine alone involved but doesnt that give you high blood pressure ?
9:28 am
I never did use the tea for fear of increased heart rate. I drink enough caffeine as it is.
