I'm sorry to say that being sick didn't have a beneficial side (like losing a few pounds) but I'm better now and I'm realizing that I don't stay sick for nearly as long now that I'm eating better! ;) Here's to taking breaks when we need them and getting back to where our friends are when we can. :) I’ve been a bit absent myself due to illness and lots going on at work.
