2-week weigh-in

Good morning, all. My “official” Wednesday morning weigh-in this morning revealed a 3-pound loss. I’d thought it was 4, but that was on days when I wasn’t eating at all over the past week, so I’m quite happy with the 3. (This is for *2* weeks.) Now to keep it off since I’ve gotten my eating back on track. :)

We’ve got another vehicle, new to us, and the damages were minimal to the other vehicle involved, so things have finally fallen back into place. I wouldn’t recommend “The Stress Diet” to anyone. :blech:

SparkPeople has a great article about re-setting your goals after straying from your path. It helped put things back in perspective for me now that I’m back on track.

I missed the car accident post, but I have read it now. I am glad that all is okay and you are recovering from the stress. Congrats on the loss! Great job.
