I take softgels with my meals – 1000 mg each. One in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening with dinner. :)

You can get them at a vitamin shop or even your local pharmacy too (I got mine at Costco for a little bit of nothing).

definitely keep up both! I’ve considered taking flax seed oil. What are the benefits exactly?
