Hello everyone! Remember me? LOL I know I have been scarce lately. School is kicking my butt this semester and I’m just trying to keep up. I’m still doing pretty good but not as good as I’d like to be. I have lost some inches though so that was inspiring. I had lost almost 10 pounds but then I went on a church trip this weekend and didn’t eat anything healthy due to eating on the run. I know I can lose back the little weight I gained so I’m not beating myself up over it.

I know how hard it can be to eat healthy on the run. In the future try to plan ahead and maybe you can circumvent some of those temptations…
