I haven’t posted for a long time, because I haven’t had anything to post about. I have been going to the Y and my back is feeling better, but the scale has been stuck for a long time. It goes up a little and down a little. I can tell a difference in my clothes, but I didn’t measure for inches. I know muscle weighs more than fat and my biceps are starting to come back and show some definition. I know if I stay consistent the payoff will happen. I am thankful for the extra energy and how my back is feeling better. Even though I haven’t posted I have visited almost everyday to keep up with everyone. It encourages me to read how everyone is doing. It seems most are doing well. Kudos for the sacrifices:good: Those who are struggling I’d like to encourage you to stick with it.(not that I’m an expert) Well, I’ll try to post more often. Hope I have more to post soon.

We all need to remember the things like lost aches and pains and more energy and not focus only on the what the scale is reading.
