Well, my weigh in went very well this week, despite being “hormonal” and sure that I wouldn’t lose. I lost 1.6 pounds on my period, which means I definitely lost 2 or more because of how much water I retain. YAY!
And, the biggest thing was FINALLY reaching the 10 pound mark, the milestone I have been hovering at for close to a month. Now, I can shoot for my 10 percent goal and keep going with this thing!
For those Weight Watchers out there, I switched to the core plan,which basically has you eating less processed foods and more vegetables and fruits. You know, the stuff that we really should eat?
Well, I’m not a big veggie eater, but I’m finding this is working for me. It is closer to the diet I should be on for my diabetes anyway. I’m anxious to see how next week goes being a full week on this and NOT retaining water. YAY! Optimism abounds!!
