Chugging along.
2lbs lost this week / 12 total lbs lost / 28lbs to go.
This week I revived my love of my collarbone. When I lost the FIRST 40 lbs several years ago, I developed a *thing* about my collarbone. I swear one day it just appeared after years of being shrouded in extra fat. There it was - a bone…It was the first change I really noticed from losing weight. Throughout the rest of my weightloss journey, I’d find myself touching my collarbone. It became my skinny picture on the refrigerator. When I wanted to remind myself why I was doing this, what the outcome would be, I would touch that delicate little bone - so close to the surface of my skin without the extra layer of fat to hide it.
This week I noticed my collarbone was a little more defined than it has been in the past year. I can’t wait to see what the next change for me will be!

You go girl! Congratulations!!! I felt the same way about my waist a few years ago… I was like, “holy cow! I have a freakin’ waist again!!!” Those genuiune changes in the body goes a long way to reinforcing all the hard, but good, decisions about health.

Oooh the collarbone motivation! I can see mine now, too! My bigger motivator is “pinching an inch”. Okay I can grab a handful right now, but I’m getting there. LOL
Congratulations on the success so far! Keep at it!
