Don’t come too close…
So this weightloss thing is not going so well. And now I am sick with some kind of probably viral thing - a bit nauseaous, a little dizzy at times. Not really sick, go to the doctor for meds type sick, more a little under the weather take a day off to take it easy sick. Make sense?
I was just wondering, do you worry about “dieting” or healthy eating when you are sick? At the moment I’m just making sure to rest a lot and get lots of fluids in but not worrying about what I eat etc. Or at least I’m trying to not worry about it. This is one of those times where I think the Western World’s concept of fat = ugly is really screwed up and wrong. But that’s a topic for another post.
