Week 6

The numbers:
3 lbs lost / 15.8 total lbs lost / 24.2 P2G

Do you think of pounds as groups of 10? Like “the 180s”, the “150s”, etc? Wamama’s post last week about leaving the 150s behind for good struck a chord with me. This week I dropped out of one of those groups of 10lbs down to the next one. What an amazing feeling!

I also realized this week that even if I weighed only 95 pounds, 80 of it would be in my hips and thighs and butt. *sigh*

Wow! Congratulations on your 3 lbs GONE! :clapping: And yes, I think of each ten pounds as mini-goals, moving from one group down to the next. I’ve only done that once, so far, and I hope to go down another in the next couple of weeks. About 4.5 lbs should do it for me. Well done! :bananadance:
