Actually, it is multiples of 4!

I was wrong last week when I posted my facination with the fact that I only seem to lose in multiples of 8 (.8, .8, 1.6, .8). It is actually multiples of 4 and I did not know it.

I lost only .4 this week. But, it was actually a victory for me after I went off the deep end when we had too much junk food in our house. 2-3 good days on the Weight Watchers Core program and I still was a loser on the scales!

I have lost an even 12 pounds in 14 weeks. It is coming off very slow, but still coming off so I cannot complain. For those of you doing Weight Watchers, I have found the message boards to be wonderful. The Core Tip Exchange has tons of core friendly recipes and I just joined a Challenge for the month of April out on the Challenge Central message board.

 We are on teams of 5 and have so many points we can earn a day. It really makes you be strict with yourself when you have to write down everything and how many points you earned for your team at the end of each day.

Multiples of 4 seems to work well for you. :) Congrats on another 1/2 lb gone! :clapping: I’m going to check out the WW core program…
