So after a month of moves, changes, jobs, holidays, I’m back. I haven’t gained a single pound but I realized the ten I’ve been hauling around with me are starting to bring me down. I mean it.
My goal this week is to work out Monday – Saturday. I have specific times set aside. I just need to go to bed on time so I can get up and get it done. Also, we went grocery shopping today and stocked up on everything we need to make meals and have healthy options at home. I even got a few chocolate yogurt sprinkle thingies for those nights I MUST have something sweet. I figured planning ahead is the best option to keeping eating out at bay.
Speaking of, it’s late and I need to go to bed so I can get up at six and work out. But I hope y’all are doing well. Looks quiet over here.
‘night y’all.

:clapping: Sounds like you’ve really planned well, Mrs. F! Half the battle is having GOOD things on hand when the Munchie Demons strike. I wish I had your motivation to exercise! That’s one area I’m sorely lacking. And it’s turned cold as Feb here in the east again. Ah well, can spring be far off? And summer? And all those teeny summer clothes? GAH!!

I KNOW! Teeny Tiny Clothes.
AAAACKKKK!

Good idea setting actual times aside in advance for exercise. Exercise is always the hardest part for me and even though I know I need it, I will fight it and find excuses every step of the way.
Thanks for the inspiration!

Girl I SWEAR by Weight Watchers desserts. I keep a HUGE stockpile in the freezer and cabinet and if I can get through the day staying true to my plan and stay in my calorie range than I can have one. That way I can have ice cream and chocolate and cake and even cookie dough.
It helps. Believe me.
