checking in.
I am not lucky enough to have lost last week. Of course I didn’t really get a chance to workout. The entire family came down with the flu..but we are better now. I think I am going to make a mini goal for this week. My first mini goal is to give up my coffee. I had givin it up a while back but then went on a vacation and got totally readdicted. I think that is going to be my biggest challenge. And its not really the coffee that needs to go.. its the sugar and creamer.. but I can’t drink it without.. so byebye coffee.
Over the last few weeks I have managed to gain a few pounds. so I am gonna kind of start over.. I am starting with 31 pounds to lose.
