Still here.
I am sorry its been so long since I have updated. My weightloss just isn’t happening. I am still trying to figure out what works for me.. Last I posted I was gonna try to give up coffee.. HAHA.. that didn’t happen. I am however cutting out all HFCS from my diet except for the 1 tbls of creamer I put in my coffee. I feel better about it. I am also eating breakfast before I enjoy my coffee because if I drink the coffee first I don’t eat and I think my body was going into starvation mode..I would sometimes not eat a bite of food until 2 pm. I over all eat well though. I don’t snack and when I do its fruit or veggies and my meals are healthy. So I am tracking my eating and trying to figure out why I am not losing.
