No Change Yet
I’m not dieting and haven’t significantly changed what I’m eating but last week I did workout 4x (three 20 minute workouts and one 45 minute workout) but nothing has changed yet. I know I know! It takes time and I promised myself not to expect anything until at least a month goes by and to keep in mind more of how my clothes fit.
Turbo Jam is working well and goes by quickly, which is a plus for me. It will be nice when I move and have nobody below me so I can really get into it!
Weeks 15 and 16

1.2 lbs lost / 26.6 total lbs lost / 13.4 P2G
Hi all! So nice to see everyone back! I, too, have been pretty lax at keeping up here at P2G. I’m still chugging along, but haven’t been able to spend as much time blogging as I’d like (I’d LIKE to spend a couple hours getting caught up, but…ha ha ha…a couple hours of free time? What’s THAT?) Being busy has helped me to stay on course with my weight loss. I tend to eat mindlessly when I’m alone with some free time. I don’t know if idle hands are really the devil’s tools, but I DO know that MY idle hands are weight-gain tools!
