No Change Yet

I’m not dieting and haven’t significantly changed what I’m eating but last week I did workout 4x (three 20 minute workouts and one 45 minute workout) but nothing has changed yet.  I know I know!  It takes time and I promised myself not to expect anything until at least a month goes by and to keep in mind more of how my clothes fit.

Turbo Jam is working well and goes by quickly, which is a plus for me.  It will be nice when I move and have nobody below me so I can really get into it!

You could probably increase your water and start seeing a difference, even without changing the foods you eat. I haven’t had water in 5 days – seriously. Tea, coffee, frappacino’s, blah blah – no water, though – and my scale noticed.

When are you moving?

Kudos to you on keeping it moving! :D You’re leaps and bounds ahead of me! Be patient and stay focused.
