Weeks 15 and 16

The Numbers for the past 2 weeks:
1.2 lbs lost / 26.6 total lbs lost / 13.4 P2G

Hi all! So nice to see everyone back! I, too, have been pretty lax at keeping up here at P2G. I’m still chugging along, but haven’t been able to spend as much time blogging as I’d like (I’d LIKE to spend a couple hours getting caught up, but…ha ha ha…a couple hours of free time? What’s THAT?) Being busy has helped me to stay on course with my weight loss. I tend to eat mindlessly when I’m alone with some free time. I don’t know if idle hands are really the devil’s tools, but I DO know that MY idle hands are weight-gain tools!

I missed last week’s WW meeting and weigh in because I was on vacation at the beach. My WW leader is fond of saying, “when you go on vacation you can choose to lose, choose to gain, or choose to maintain.” The only eating plan I had in advance was a strong desire to get some good, fried clams. I guess you can tell which way I chose to go. Weigh-in is tonight, so we’ll see how much damage has been done.
