2 weeks ago I decided to jump full force into this weightloss thing and joined Weight Watchers. I feel so much better tracking everything I eat. I had my first weigh in 2 monday’s ago.. and I cried when I saw the number. I was so disappointed. :bawling: I got lots of reassurance from my friends that were with me. They reminded me that I had lost 40 lbs on WW before(only 4 lbs away from goal) and that I have had 2 beautiful babies since then and I just need to give myself some time to work it off again.
I lost 2 lbs my first week. I have once again found the joy of working out. I have noticed such a huge difference in my self since I started getting some daily exercise. *haha*.. my husband has noticed changes also.
I did really good over the 4th. I watched my points all day and had figured out how many points were in the smores I wanted at the end of the day so that I knew exactly how many I needed to save. I ended up getting 2 smores.. used my last 4 points of the day and 4 of my flex pts.. and I don’t feel guilty about it at all because I passed up so much good foods including those yummy juicy hotdogs and the fruit pizza made with extra cream cheese.
I will be checking in on monday nights.. those are my weigh in days. I am hoping to lose my first 10 pounds by the end of July.. that will put me back at my original weight when I joined the P2G group :blush:
