Slap Me A Few Times
Go ahead. Slap away. I so totally slacked off it’s not funny. And between the slacking off and the problems with the ulcer (that may or may not be an ulcer…) I’ve gained back *everything* that I lost.
I am so pissed off with myself it’s not funny.
So…I gotta kick myself in the butt and start eating better. Food helps with stomach pain, but it’s not doing a lot for my self esteem.
Life would be so much better if cookies were calorie free…

Just a quick post…
Still on track (for the most part), still doing WW, and getting closer to goal.
I’ve lost track of my P2G stats, but according to the WW records, I’m on week 19, have lost 28.6 pounds, and have 11.6 P2G.
STILL trying to find motivation to exercise regularly. *sigh*

I am in a hurry.. sorry this is short. I promised myself I would check in here every week. I had weigh in last night so I though I would post my weekly results. I worked out 5 days this week. walking and pilates. And the scale was so nice to me. I lost another 3.2 *go me*..

Addicted once again.
2 weeks ago I decided to jump full force into this weightloss thing and joined Weight Watchers. I feel so much better tracking everything I eat. I had my first weigh in 2 monday’s ago.. and I cried when I saw the number. I was so disappointed. :bawling: I got lots of reassurance from my friends that were with me. They reminded me that I had lost 40 lbs on WW before(only 4 lbs away from goal) and that I have had 2 beautiful babies since then and I just need to give myself some time to work it off again.
I lost 2 lbs my first week. I have once again found the joy of working out. I have noticed such a huge difference in my self since I started getting some daily exercise. *haha*.. my husband has noticed changes also.
