Quickie!
Just an quick update, I weighed in on Sunday and I have lost another 2.5lbs! :bananadance:
Jenny Craig seems to be working for me! I love the food, and it is so easy! I am on my weigh!!! :winking:
Starting again
Not starting over, but starting again.
The summer, she has not been good to me. Too much ice cream. And not the low-fat kind.
I lost 15 or so pounds between February and the end of May. Since then, I’ve yo-yoed a little with a couple of pounds, but for the most part, I’ve kept it off. That’s the good news.
The bad news is that I haven’t lost anymore, I’ve been ditching my WW meetings, and I haven’t been exercising because it is too damn hot (or at least that’s my excuse).
So, here I am. Back to offer and get some support.
Also? I started the Core Plan for WW this week. I’ll be offering my take on that as soon as I get a chance to see how the scale looks as a result.
