I wish I was still in college. And that it was beer.

I’ve been trying to drink all my water, but am finding it hard to do. A work I get busy and forget. At home, I pour a big glass and then get distracted by my toddler, sit the glass down, and find it hours later leaving a nice ring on the coffee table.

How do you get your water in? Because I’m beginning to feel like an IV bag of saline isn’t such a bad idea.

I don’t have too hard a time getting in my water except on the weekends. I keep a big mug of it on my desk when I work and I just sip at it all day. Sometimes when I am sick of the water, I like to bring those personal serving sizes of Crystal Light or WWs mix, I like the lemonade ones and the pink grapefruit. Its no calories and you can just put it in a plastic bottle and add water and shake. Those are pretty good. No calories and taste decent (I only like the lemonaid ones and grapefruit). I also love ice tea as well. Hope this helps.

Iced tea is a great alternative, so is black coffee. You can count both of those as water. I used to drink 90 oz. a day, now I’m working my way back up to 60. 100 is a great goal to have, but man - you have to wear depends.
