This past week has been pretty questionable for me. I didn’t scale or take responsibility for what I put in my mouth - because it was my birthday week. Leftovers every day, two cakes, low cal ice creams. Of course they couldn’t go to waste, so I put them on my hips instead.
:rant:
Ok. I have to put this into perspective - I could have gained back everything I lost so far. It’s not my birthday anymore, and the leftovers are all gone, so back on the wagon I climb!
My goal for the week is to incorporate an exercise routine into my schedule. Even if it’s just 7 minute abs, I need to feel that muscle burn again throughout the day. It’s a great stress relief, and I’ve been needing that (a lot of that) lately!
