This is long overdue, because of course I am a big procrastinator when it comes to my food and diet plans. You can click on the thumbnail for a full size printable version of my new menu. I’ve got it split into breakfast, lunch and dinner options. These are all food combinations and meals that I am familiar with and wouldn’t have a problem sticking with on a regular basis, so long as I have some variety to choose from.
I have had a lot of success with these foods, and these portions. My problem is, has been, and probably always will be – making bad choices when something isn’t right in front of my nose to tell me what I should have. That’s why I created this menu.
Feel free to use it, print it, hang it on the fridge. I can’t guarantee anything, because I’m not a certified dietician and everyone is different. I know what works for me, and that’s what I built this list based on. I left a couple of blank boxes if you have things that you know work for you, you can write those in.
Hello all — I hope everyone’s having successful weeks!
Leanne, I was just wondering if you started drinking Dr. Chong’s tea and if so, have you noticed any difference? How hard was it to get used to? I hope you’ll keep us posted…I saw someone talking about it on TV, but I’ll be darned if I can remember who or where it was!
