This is long overdue, because of course I am a big procrastinator when it comes to my food and diet plans. You can click on the thumbnail for a full size printable version of my new menu. I’ve got it split into breakfast, lunch and dinner options. These are all food combinations and meals that I am familiar with and wouldn’t have a problem sticking with on a regular basis, so long as I have some variety to choose from.
I have had a lot of success with these foods, and these portions. My problem is, has been, and probably always will be - making bad choices when something isn’t right in front of my nose to tell me what I should have. That’s why I created this menu.
Feel free to use it, print it, hang it on the fridge. I can’t guarantee anything, because I’m not a certified dietician and everyone is different. I know what works for me, and that’s what I built this list based on. I left a couple of blank boxes if you have things that you know work for you, you can write those in.

This seems like a really healthy mix of protein and carbs, Leanne. It’s carbs that kill me…and it’s carbs I seem to crave. I’ll certainly be printing this off. If one could just stick to the things that are on a list such as this and nothing else, we’d all be slim and trim in no time. And guess what? SUMMER’S COMING…AGAIN! :duh:
